Early Childhood Education Centre (ECEC) Application Form
Due to the length and complexity of this form, and the number of signatures required, it is recommended that you download the PDF version here and send it to the School.
If you prefer to apply online, please note the application has been split into two parts, A and B. You must submit both forms before your application can be processed. You will be required to sign the appropriate sections at the interview.
The Application Fees are: $200 first child/ $150 second child. If your application for ECEC placement is unsuccessful, this application also places your child/ren on the Kindergarten waiting list as appropriate.
Please note that both forms have been secured before they were embedded on our website and they are served across a protected, 128-bit SSL connection that encrypts the data before it is sent to our servers.
Your credit card will not be automatically charged; payment will be processed by the Enrolments Office together with your application. Please note that a surcharge applies for all credit card payments made to the School. Payments made by Mastercard and Visa will incur a surcharge of 0.8%.
